4. Payment Terms

• Work on a project begins only after an initial payment as discussed.
• Full payment must be made before the final delivery.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Clients can request to cancel a project before development starts, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
• No refunds are applicable once development has begun or the project is delivered.
• For SaaS subscriptions, cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle with no refunds for the current period.
