3. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Project has already been started or partially/fully completed.
• Delays caused due to incomplete inputs or approvals from the client.
• Third-party services or tools purchased for the client (e.g., domain, hosting, plugins, licenses).

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

5. Resolution Timeline

We review all refund requests within 5-7 business days and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after proper evaluation.
